Philipp Rajkovic

I strongly believe that the customer is the best advertiser a company can possibly have. My work in the past 10+ years has been dedicated to creating and optimising customer experiences, being it in Product or in Growth Marketing. I’m passionate about strategies, analytics and small details that make the difference. Let’s join forces and lead your growth initiatives to new heights.

 Milestones of my career

  • In 2024 I decided to become self-employed and to offer my expertise on a freelance basis. As Growth Marketing is based on principles rather than deep analytics that require long-lasting projects, it’s suited perfectly to consult, to audit, to do workshops etc. The target of PLR Consulting is to help companies achieve excellent Growth Marketing setups that bridge team divides, that aim to improve measurable metrics and that allow agile processes, including failure as part of it. My expertise and leadership skills give me the toolset to achieve those objectives.

  • As the Head of Growth Marketing I received the official responsibility for the unit, the budget and the outcome. Additionally, the idea was to expand the Growth Marketing unit to further European countries, creating individual teams and team leads which I was supposed to oversee. Part of my responsibilities were:

    • Continuous development and satisfaction of team members

    • Coordination of team responsibilities

    • Strategic planning and monitoring of business opportunities

    • Coordination and optimisation of external partner relations

    • Optimising entire customer funnel in close alignment with all business units

    • Budget and outcome responsibility

  • The central customer acquisition setup turned out to become the Growth Marketing unit, as its involvement exceeded original expectations. In this period I was granted the opportunity to lead a team of professionals that achieved Growth for the company and I was fortunate enough to start my leadership journey.

  • Shortly after the company was founded, I joined Evernest with the main objective to build the foundation of centrally acquired business opportunities as part of the core business strategy. As the early stage of the company required generalists, I was additionally involved and partly responsible for the website development, the company’s exposé handling (both as Product Manager), Data Privacy, Google Workspace and the property portals.

  • As a Product Manager I was responsible for a content delivering online marketing tool, managing the product vision, roadmap, backlog, support and it’s KPI’s. Communicating with stakeholders, identifying market needs and releasing ideas as early as possible to create the most relevant and useful software was part of my daily routine.

  • I was part of a Scrum team focusing on developing, creating and supporting online marketing tools. The role included discovering product needs engaging with users often and closely, improving the design of the shop landing pages while making the content management system as easy to use as possible and managing partner and inhouse needs. I was requested as a host for workshops all over Germany and trained approx. 200 users in total.

    • 3rd lvl customer support

    • Connection between product team aiming at B2C services and our users

    • Sharing user feedback with product team to influence product development

    • Participating in product development workshops as the users representative
